Terms of service
These terms govern access to and use of Historia by Workspaces and their members.
The service
Historia provides tools for clinical documentation and outpatient care operations. Professional judgment, clinical decisions, and Patient care remain the Clinician’s responsibility.
Accounts and Workspaces
The Workspace retains ownership and control of the data it submits, without limiting the rights of the individuals the data concerns. Its members access and act under the Workspace’s authority, which manages their permissions and use of the service.
Acceptable use
The service must be used for lawful, authorized clinical purposes. You may not attempt to access another account, Workspace, or information, interfere with the service, or use it in a way that violates the law or third-party rights.
Payments
The subscription is billed per active Clinician at the price and billing period shown when subscribing. Payments are processed by the billing provider identified in the subscription flow.
Liability
The service is provided as is and as available, to the extent permitted by law. Historia is a documentation tool, not a medical device, and does not replace clinical judgment or professional responsibility.
