What is Historia?
Historia is an electronic health record (EHR) built Spanish-first and Latin America-first. It brings scheduling, reception, and the patient's clinical record into one place. During each Encounter it transcribes the conversation; when the Clinician asks to prepare the record, Historia merges it with their free-form notes into a Draft ready to review and sign.
Who it is for
Medical centers of 2 to 10 people and independent outpatient clinicians: general and specialty medicine, dentistry, psychology, and nutrition. A solo clinician runs the same product in its minimum configuration.
What it does
Scheduling and reception, the patient's clinical record, a live Transcript, free-form notes in the Canvas, and, when you ask, a Draft organized into clinical Sections. In Chile it also opens MINSAL's official electronic prescription system.
What it does not do
Historia does not diagnose, does not recommend treatment, and is not a medical device. The AI only drafts: the Clinician reviews, edits, and signs. In Chile, authorship of the record is governed by Ley 20.584.
Where it works
Chile is the anchor market, and Historia expands country by country across Latin America. Each Workspace is created with a Country, which sets the legal name of the document (Ficha Clínica in Chile, Historia Clínica across most of LatAm) and its retention, consent, and signature rules.

When you decide to close the Encounter, you ask Historia to merge Transcript and Canvas into a Draft organized into Sections. You edit it and sign it, and that is when the record becomes valid.

What is Historia?

No. During the Encounter, Historia transcribes without interpreting or proposing anything. When the Clinician asks to prepare the record, the AI drafts once from the Transcript and Canvas. The Clinician reviews, edits, and signs it; without that signature there is no valid clinical record. Historia is not a medical device.
How much does Historia cost?
$29.900 CLP per clinician per month, or $299.000 CLP per year with two months free, after a 14-day free trial. Reception seats are included and are not billed separately.
How is patient data protected?
Access is scoped by Workspace and member type: clinicians see the shared clinical content, reception sees only scheduling and demographics. The infrastructure encrypts data in transit and at rest, sign-in uses secure email links or Google sign-in, and every record preserves the identity of whoever wrote and signed it. Can I issue prescriptions from Historia?
In Chile, Historia opens MINSAL's Sistema Nacional de Receta Electrónica in a new tab: issuance and handing the prescription to the patient happen in the official system. Prescriptions previously issued in Historia remain historical records that can be viewed and printed.
How is Historia different from other clinical record systems?
Historia was built in Spanish and for Latin America rather than translated afterwards: terminology and legal rules per country, local-currency pricing, and a simple experience designed for outpatient practice, not hospitals. Instead of forms to fill in, the documentation comes out of the conversation you already had.
